Making Sense of Life's unexpected changes.

Counselling for Grief, Loss, Anxiety and Life’s Unexpected Changes.
Sometimes life doesn’t turn out the way we imagined it would.
Counselling can offer a space to make sense of difficult feelings, experiences and changes in your life. You may be struggling with something happening now, carrying the impact of experiences from the past, or simply feeling that something isn’t quite right.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic, which means we can explore what may lie beneath the way you are feeling and begin to understand patterns that might be affecting you today.
I offer face-to-face counselling in Bristol and online sessions across the UK. Sessions are £65 for 50 minutes, with a free 30-minute initial consultation to see whether working together feels right for you.
You don’t need to know where to begin or have the right words, we can start wherever you are.
A little about me
For me, counselling begins with feeling comfortable enough to be yourself. You don’t have to present a polished version of how you’re feeling or worry about saying the “right” thing.
My aim is to offer a space where you feel listened to, understood and able to talk about the things that may be difficult to share elsewhere.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable talking to.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, giving us a chance to talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you might be looking for from therapy, and whether working together feels right for you.
There’s no obligation to continue — it’s simply an opportunity to meet and see how it feels.
